At the end of 2025, we take the next step: the official launch of our franchising project, available in 3 modalities that adapt to different profiles of entrepreneurs and investors:

1. Standard – for those who want to start with a digital branch or local agency with affordable investment.

2. Prime – focused on luxury real estate, national and international investors, with access to exclusive services.

3. International Prime – for entrepreneurs who want to expand across borders and work with foreign investors.

More than a franchise, Portugal Kasas offers a complete ecosystem, with continuous training through the Portugal Kasas Academy, access to a state-of-the-art digital platform (own CRM), integrated marketing and payment of fast commissions (up to 48 hours after deed).
